This class is designed to help you feel grounded, strong & supported through perimenopause & beyond. We combine mindful movement, breath work & practical strength training that leaves you feeling energised & empowered. It’s also a space to connect with other women who understand - where you’re met exactly where you are, without pressure or expectation.
