Having a baby is incredible, but the experiences of childbirth & motherhood may have left you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed & shocked by how much your body has changed.

I believe in building from the foundation up, which means there’s lots of focus on the core & considerations for pelvic health, too.

Introducing my 6 week course for postnatal people.
This isn't just a 6 week exercise programme.
You're going to come away with a better understanding of your own postnatal recovery & the ability to make well informed decisions in & outside of the gym.
We will delve in to topics such as -
Breath - The mechanics, strategies & why it's so important for our postpartum recovery
'Athlete Brain' (we all have one) - What it is, how we can recognise it in ourselves & why it's beneficial to keep it in check
Positional Awareness - Why this is necessary, how it can stop or alleviate symptoms & how it can help us get stronger
Red flags - Understanding the signals our body is giving us & what to do about it
As well as the above learning, we will also be following a progressive 6 week programme.
Whilst I have a template, this can be adjusted to meet your requirements. We all have different bodies & different postnatal experiences, so rest assured, I will always strive to meet you where you're at.
Everything learnt in the sessions, will also be available in videos and written content, which you can keep.
Courses run term time, Mondays & Thursdays 12-1pm.

Following your completion of my ‘Building the Foundations’ 6 week course, you will be invited to join my postnatal strength classes. These classes are rolling, and continue throughout the year.
You will be joining these classes with a solid understanding of your recovery, setting you up in a really good position to continue building strength.
If you’re not able to join the Foundations course but would like to join these classes, please DM me to discuss.

I would highly advise coming twice per week, but if this isn’t an option, you would need to commit to doing the second session in your own time. Your programming would be specific to your requirements.
