Completely personalised programming, which will incorporate our in-person sessions, and any further training or work you’d like to do outside of our sessions.

Video tutorials, encompassing topics such as optimal breathing, pressure management & reigning in your ‘athlete brain’ during certain seasons of your life, such as during pregnancy and postpartum.

Expert guidance and support, whenever you need it.

Prices

  • £193.50 per month for 1 session per week

  • £258 per month for 2 sessions per week

  • If you prefer you can purchase individual sessions or block bookings.
