Hi, I’m Becky

I’m a Mum of two beautiful children & a fur baby.

But I’m also my own person; something I felt I had lost for quite some time.

My passion for strength training & coaching first ignited after having my first child; it had been a tough ride, and it was a while before I could get my head around any form of consistent exercise. I muddled through & didn’t have a clue what I was doing, especially when it came to exercise postpartum! Eventually though, I felt strong; I felt like I had found a new, empowered me! I remember thinking ‘I want to help other women feel like this’!

Now I’m on a mission to help others create space for themselves, too.
